About Me

My name is Philippe Lacombe. I am 34 years old. I live near Grenoble in France.
I live my son Thomas and my cat Nounours.

Why this site

When I was young, I always saw my father taking pictures especially mountain photos and flower close-ups.
Ever since he retired from his professional activities, he spends most of his time taking animal photos (he shoots great pictures and I am one of the rare privileged persons to see his work).
He gave me the taste of making photo.
Step by step I began to take pictures. When my son was born, I bought a Nikon CoolPix 885, three years later, I bought a Pentax Optio S5i but during all this years I was quite frustrated not to be able to do what I really wanted.
So that's why the past spring I bought a digital reflex.
Now I can see the difference and I want to progress. So Why this site? To post a (nice) picture every day (almost). I will have to take the time to shoot new pictures the most often I can.
